I designed these pages using a few tools that cost me nothing except time. The applications I use to create the graphics are available for free at just the cost of downloading them. I use the "emacs" text editor to write HTML files. For longer web documents, I use David A. Wheeler's "mklesson" Perl script to keep my design as consistent as possible. There will soon be a tutorial here that will (hopefully) be useful some of you as you try your hand at creating your own website and writing HTML documents.
