Three Modern Discoveries
and the
Creation of the Universe

Edwin L. Kerr, Ph. D.

Space exploration has fostered many theories about the creation of the universe. The scientific basis of these theories consists mainly of three twentieth-century discoveries. Theories will continue to change and develop, but the three discoveries have been confirmed in many ways and will only be refined. The three discoveries are not ideas that emerge through philosophical reasoning. If they were, they would not have remained undiscovered until the twentieth century. Neither can careful, patient, thoughtful observers see the evidence for them without the cyclotrons, telescopes, and satellites of the twentieth century.
