We're hoping for: A human. ;-) We think it's a girl. (For lack of other evidence.) We're not sure what we'll do if it's a boy. Give it back for a refund, maybe.
When we found out: The week before Christmas, 2002 What were your first thoughts? Deborah: Total disbelief. Everything had just changed, but I didn't feel any different. It was weird, weird, weird. Andy: It was like being in a train. You've been going around this nice, familiar circuit for years, you know it well, you like it. Then up ahaid, you suddenly see that a switch has been thrown. And you've never been off down that track. At the same time, you're both looking ahead down the new track to see where it goes, and looking back at the life that you once knew, saying goodbye.
