What is the good life? We all have different
ideas about what this life looks like and
how we can achieve it. What does the good
life look like to you?
Solomon had all that one would want in life
and yet, was not satisfied (1 Kings 10:23). But then he realized that he had been deceived. Having it all simply wasn't worth the effort. He was left with a handful of ashes (Ecclesiastes 2:10,17). I am reminded of Matthew 26:16 that says, "What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his own soul."
Pause today and take stock of your life. Where are you headed and where do you search for the good life? Come Sunday to hear more about the good life!
