Here is an opportunity for talented, young women to receive scholarship money to help finance their education and contribute to their community. The Miss Kosciusko Scholarship Pageant is a closed local pageant for the Miss America Organization, which is the world's largest provider of women's scholarships. A closed pageant means that contestants must either live, work or attend school in Kosciusko County, Indiana to participate.  Winners of this title will proceed to the Miss Indiana Scholarship Pageant.  The contestants must also be at least 17 years of age and be no older than 24 years of age. as of September 30.  There is no financial obligation or entry fee to participate.  The competition consists of a ten minute interview, a swimsuit review, a talent presentation of no longer than two and one half minutes, and an evening gown session with a stage question.  Each contestant must also select a cause that is important to them to use as their "platform".
